Your Role

You will be the technical forerunner of Veridyam’s platform. As CTO, you own the SaaS architecture and ensure Veridyam’s solutions are secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready. You will build and oversee the infrastructure that powers our AI products, integrating knowledge, security, and usability into one seamless platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute Veridyam’s technical vision with a focus on SaaS delivery.
• Build and maintain the core platform architecture: robust, secure, enterprise-scale.
• Develop APIs and connectors into Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and other enterprise AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with the CAIO to integrate AI components into the platform.
• Establish engineering standards for scalability, compliance, and enterprise IT requirements.
• Hire and lead a high-performance engineering team focused on platform and infrastructure.

Your Profile

• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms for enterprise.

Your Role

You will be Veridyam’s AI visionary and execution lead. As CAIO, you own the AI roadmap and design the intelligence that powers our products. You will create and evolve the AI systems that make Veridyam unique: the verification engine, interview agent, knowledge agent, and RLHF platform — ensuring they are ethical, enterprise-ready, and transformative.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead Veridyam’s AI strategy across all products.
• Build and scale AI systems: verification engine (user-reinforced), interview agent (tacit knowledge capture), knowledge agent (graphs & gap analysis), and a RLHF platform for expert alignment.
• Lead applied research in RLHF, knowledge representation, and alignment.
• Collaborate with the CTO to integrate AI tools seamlessly into the SaaS platform.
• Build and lead a high-performance AI research and engineering team.
• Represent Veridyam externally as a thought leader in enterprise AI and knowledge-driven intelligence.

Your Profile

• Deep expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, RLHF, and knowledge graphs.
• Track record turning AI research into production systems with business impact.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop workflows and enterprise AI governance.

• Excellent communicator across executives, engineers, and domain experts.

Your Role

You turn ideas into working AI agent prototypes in days, not months. You iterate fast with LLM tools, frameworks, and APIs to validate concepts like our interview agent, de-risk builds, and accelerate the roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Build rapid prototypes of interview/task agents using LLMs, tools, and function calling.
• Evaluate/wire up frameworks and APIs; ship proof-of-concepts quickly.
• Instrument prototypes for feedback; iterate with product/design.
• Document learnings; hand off stable prototypes to engineering.

Your Profile

• Hands-on builder with LLMs, vector stores, tools/functions, and integrations.
• Fluent in at least one modern stack (e.g., TypeScript/Python) and cloud services.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; strong bias for action and fast iteration.
• Portfolio of shipped prototypes or agent demos is a strong plus.

Your Role

You own Veridyam’s visual identity across web, brand, and digital assets. You design sleek, modern pages and a consistent visual system that matches our ambition to be the knowledge company for enterprise AI.

What You’ll Do

• Design and ship high-quality webpages, UI components, and visuals.
• Create and maintain our brand system, guidelines, and asset library.
• Partner with comms/marketing to keep every touchpoint consistent.
• Support sales/campaigns with compelling on-brand collateral.

Your Profile

• Portfolio demonstrating strong web/brand design for B2B or SaaS.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma/Adobe CC) and web basics.
• Flair for typography, grids, and minimal aesthetic suited for enterprise.
• Collaborative, detail-obsessed, and delivery-oriented.

Your Role

You own Veridyam’s messaging, outreach, and campaigns. You shape positioning, craft narratives, and run targeted programs that drive awareness, relevance, and pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Develop product/brand messaging that differentiates Veridyam.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns; measure and optimize.
• Collaborate with design and sales on high-impact collateral.
• Build media/partner outreach that reaches enterprise decision makers.

Your Profile

• Proven B2B comms/marketing experience (SaaS or enterprise preferred).
• Excellent writing/storytelling; crisp, persuasive, and consistent.
• Data-driven approach to campaigns and channel performance.
• Comfortable owning timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes.
